This Privacy Policy explains how Quorix ("Quorix", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use our CRM software, websites, and related services (the "Service"). This page is maintained by Quorix to answer common privacy questions about the Service.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, work email, company name, role, phone number, and profile photo you provide during signup or in Settings.
- Workspace content: leads, contacts, companies, deals, tasks, meetings, calls, emails, documents, notes, attachments, and other records you or your teammates create inside Quorix.
- Usage data: log data such as IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, actions taken, and timestamps.
- Billing data: plan, transaction identifiers, and metadata returned by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Support data: messages you send to quorix-contact@velloria.space and related attachments.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and secure the Service.
- To authenticate users, send verification codes, and prevent abuse.
- To send transactional emails (verification, invites, receipts, security alerts) and, with your consent, product updates.
- To improve the Service through aggregated analytics and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share limited data with vetted subprocessors that help us run the Service (hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, error monitoring). Access is scoped to what each provider needs to perform its function.
4. Data retention
We retain workspace content for as long as your workspace is active. If your workspace is closed, we delete or anonymize personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
5. Security
Quorix uses TLS in transit and encryption at rest for stored data. Sensitive fields shared through the partner-collaboration feature use AES-256-GCM envelope encryption. Access is protected by row-level authorization, role-based permissions, and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure — please report suspected issues to quorix-legal@velloria.space.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information. Workspace owners can perform most of these actions directly inside Settings. For other requests, email quorix-privacy@velloria.space.
7. International transfers
Quorix is operated from India and may process data in other regions where our subprocessors operate. We use contractual safeguards where required by law.
8. Children
Quorix is a B2B tool and is not directed to individuals under 16.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
