All payments made to Quorix are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to a Quorix plan or purchasing any add-on, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. What "non-refundable" means
- Monthly and annual subscription fees are not refunded, in whole or in part, for any unused portion of the billing period.
- Add-ons, seat upgrades, one-time purchases, and setup fees are not refunded once the transaction is completed.
- Downgrading your plan mid-cycle does not entitle you to a refund of the price difference. The new plan takes effect at the next renewal.
- Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. You will retain access until the end of the paid term.
2. Try before you buy
We strongly recommend evaluating Quorix using the free tier and product documentation before purchasing a paid plan. Our team is happy to answer questions at quorix-contact@velloria.space prior to purchase.
3. Failed or duplicate transactions
If your payment gateway charges you twice for the same order, or debits your account without provisioning the subscription, email quorix-payments@velloria.space with the transaction reference within 7 days. Verified duplicate or failed charges will be reversed to the original payment method.
4. Service unavailability
Quorix does not issue refunds for temporary service unavailability, scheduled maintenance, or issues caused by third-party providers, your internet connection, or misuse of the Service.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Quorix support is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate suspension of your workspace. Please email quorix-payments@velloria.space first — we will always try to resolve billing concerns directly.
6. Taxes
Taxes collected on your behalf and remitted to the applicable authority are not refundable by Quorix.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
