These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quorix CRM software, websites, and related services (the "Service"), provided by Quorix ("Quorix", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Workspace owners are responsible for the actions of users they invite.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Do not upload malware, attempt to breach security, probe or scan the Service, or bypass rate limits.
- Do not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email or content that is harassing, defamatory, or illegal.
- Do not resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
3. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you and your team upload into Quorix ("Customer Data"). You grant Quorix a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide the Service to you.
4. Subscription, billing, and taxes
Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected term. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your workspace. See our Refund Policy.
5. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party products (email delivery, payment gateways, calendars, etc.). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms; Quorix is not responsible for their availability or content.
6. Intellectual property
Quorix, its logo, and the Service (excluding Customer Data) are owned by Quorix and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive only the limited right to use the Service as described in these Terms.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information and will use it only to perform its obligations under these Terms.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quorix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quorix's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Quorix in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Quorix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. On termination, we will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export Customer Data for a limited period.
11. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes to the Terms will be notified in-product or by email at least 15 days before they take effect.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.
